A fantastic season for our Under-21s comes down to one final game on Sunday as we take on Sunderland in the Premier League 2 play-off final at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (3pm UK).

Winners of the league phase of the season, we've navigated a tricky path through the play-offs, seeing off Aston Villa, Liverpool and Chelsea to reach this stage.

Now, Wayne Burnett's young charges are set for one last push - this time against the Black Cats - in a bid to claim the title of overall champions.

Tickets are available to come and support the team in person at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.

Priced at £10 for adults and £2 for under-18s*, they're available online via our eTicketing website, or in person at the Paxton House Ticket Office at the stadium.
