Portuguese youth international signs for West Ham

West Ham have signed Mesaque Dju on a permanent deal from Benfica.

The Portuguese youth international has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract in London.

“I know a lot about West Ham because it is a very big club in England and helps young players get to the first team,” the teenager said.

“I want this and I’m working for this.”

The 19-year-old will play for the club’s U-23 side until the end of the season.
