We’ve all wanted to kiss/punch Cristiano Ronaldo at one stage or another, haven’t we?

Well on Monday night, for one lucky fan, that dream came true.

Portugal’s friendly encounter with the Netherlands in Geneva was interrupted by a number of pitch-invading supporters, one of whom took the opportunity to show his hero just how much he cared.

But given his side were 3-0 down at the time, Ronaldo seemed less-than-impressed by the romantic gesture.

Earlier in the game, the Real Madrid star had gone ballistic at the referee’s decision not to award him a penalty after he appeared to trip over his own feet.

And to make matters worse, he was later denied a late consolation goal by a stunning save from Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen.

Never mind Cristiano, it was only a friendly.
