West Ham United clashed heads with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground earlier today as they looked to earn a win on the road in the Premier League. The Hammers made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a 0-0 scoreline.

Jarrod Bowen finally opened the goal-scoring in the 84th minute before Lucas Paqueta killed the game off from the penalty spot just four minutes later. Callum Wilson added another goal in injury time as the contest finished 3-0 in favour of Graham Potter’s men.

LB: Ed Hadji Malick Diouf – 7.5/10

He was solid on the defensive end of the field and made one decent chance in the final third.

CM: Tomas Soucek – 7/10

Soucek anchored the midfield well but lacked quality in the opponent’s half.

CM: James Ward-Prowse – 7/10

He was a positive influence at both ends of the field.

RW: Jarrod Bowen – 8/10

Bowen was a constant menace in the final third and scored the opening goal in the 84th minute.

CAM: Lucas Paqueta – 8.5/10

He caused a lot of headaches for the opposition defenders and managed to convert his penalty late in the game.

LW: Matheus Fernandes – 7/10

Fernandes made two key chances in the final third but failed to threaten the opposition goal.

He was a real handful for the Nottingham defenders, but there was no goal for him.
