Guinean defender Pa Konate continues his career in Finland. Kuopion Palloseura (KuPS) has officially announced his signing for the remainder of the season.

At 31 years old, the left-back arrives after a season in Bulgaria with FC Spartak Varna, where he played 29 matches and provided one assist. Club director Viki Savonen expressed his delight at Pa Konate's arrival:
