The teenager will now discuss personal terms to become the Blues’ second summer signing
Chelsea are closing in on a £19million deal for Aston Villa teenager Omari Kellyman.
Hours after missing out on Michael Olise over financial concerns, the Blues have agreed a deal for the highly rated England Under-19 international.
Kellyman will now discuss personal terms with the Blues, which are not expected to be a problem, before undergoing a medical.
The 18-year-old will reportedly sign a five- or six-year deal should an agreement over terms be reached.

Kelly has made six first-team appearances at Villa Park, including two Premier League outings last season, and is set to become manager Enzo Maresca's second signing.
Tosin Adarabioyo joined on a free transfer from Fulham and a deal has been agreed for Palmeiras wonderkid Estevao Willian, but he will not join until next summer.
The deal for Kelly comes days after Aston Villa have agreed a £37.5million deal for Chelsea’s Ian Maatsen.
The Netherlands left-back only needs to finalise personal terms for a move to Villa Park to be completed.
Borussia Dortmund have been trying to turn Maatsen’s season-long loan into a permanent transfer, but the Germans have struggled to meet Chelsea’s asking price.
