OGC Nice’s defensive options are limited as they prepare to host Stade de Reims at the Allianz Riviera. The club are reeling after two major injuries in the space of the last week.

Mohamed Abdelmonem was the first to suffer an injury. He ruptured his ACL in an innocuous duel against Paris Saint-Germain on Friday and will be out for several months. The same fate then befell Youssouf Ndayishimiye, who also suffered an ACL injury. He suffered the injury during a duel in training on Wednesday and like his Egyptian teammate, will now face a considerable spell on the sidelines.

Dante returns having missed the win against PSG last weekend with a minor knee injury. However, having only just returned to training, he may not start. Franck Haise’s options at the back are therefore limited.
