Newly-crowned La Liga champions Real Madrid will lock horns with Granada in a couple of hours at Los Carmenes.

It will be the first league game for Carlo Ancelotti’s men after their coronation as champions of Spain last week.

Meanwhile, Granada find themselves at the opposite end of the spectrum as their relegation from La Liga was confirmed earlier today following Mallorca’s 1-0 win over Las Palmas.

Ahead of the game, Real Madrid boss Ancelotti has announced the starting lineup that will be taking the field at Los Carmenes.

As expected, there are a host of changes made to the team that started in midweek against Bayern Munich.

Thibaut Courtois steps in for Andriy Lunin in the Real Madrid goal while Lucas Vazquez gets the nod at right-back.

Eder Militao also gets a starting berth at the heart of the defence, where he partners Antonio Rudiger. Fran Garcia starts at left-back ahead of Ferland Mendy.

With no Aurelien Tchouameni (injured), Eduardo Camavinga starts as the defensive midfielder for Los Blancos. The Frenchman is partnered by Luka Modric and Dani Ceballos in the centre of the park.

Up ahead in attack, Brahim Diaz gets an opportunity, along with teenage wonderkid Arda Guler, and the hero against Bayern Munich, Joselu.
