Nottingham Forest enter the race to sign Tottenham target Arnaud Kalimuendo | OneFootball

According to a report from RMC Sport, Nottingham Forest are one of many clubs interested in signing Arnaud Kalimuendo (23) from Rennes this summer. The Premier League outfit have joined the race to sign the Frenchman.

Forest are not alone in their interest from the English top flight. Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in signing Kalimuendo and have already held initial discussions over a potential transfer, L’Équipe understands. However, following these initial talks, no bid has materialised. The Rennes forward is also attracting interest on the continent. RB Leipzig and Villarreal are also interested in recruiting the PSG academy graduate.

Price tag set

Les Rouges et Noir would be willing to sell the 23-year-old striker this summer, as long as their asking price is met. The Breton club have set a price tag in the region of €35m for Kalimuendo, RMC reports. Rennes have already begun looking at replacements to prepare for the forward’s departure.
