France Football report that Championship side Nottingham Forest have submitted a €700k offer to Ligue 2 club Chambly for 22-year-old central defender Oumar Gonzalez.
After an impressive season with the outperforming French 2nd division, Gonzalez, under contract until 2021 with Chambly, has been the subject of a €700k bid from Sabri Lamouchi.
