Nottingham Forest have appointed Rangers’ sporting director Ross Wilson as their new chief football officer.
Wilson joined the Premier League strugglers on Wednesday, just 24 hours after they parted company with Filippo Giraldi.

During a three-and-a-half-year spell at Ibrox, the 39-year-old played an integral role in Rangers’ first league title for a decade as well as reaching last season’s Europa League final.
