Nordsjaelland have rejected two official offers from Premier League clubs for Ibrahim Osman.
West Ham and Brighton both expressed strong interest in the talented forward, with official bids of €16 million plus €3 million from West Ham and €18 million plus €3 million from Brighton, according to Ben Jacobs.
Despite the enticing offers, Nordsjaelland’s rejection leaves the door slightly open for Osman’s potential move to the English top-flight.
The Danish club, who are renowned for nurturing young talent, seems determined to hold on to their prized asset, at least until a more suitable deal materialises.
The versatile Ghanian can play anywhere along the front three and has been an important player at just 19-years-of-age for Nordsjaelland. He already has four goals and five assists this season.
If Osman was to join West Ham, the Ghanaian would become the club’s second January signing following the arrival of Kalvin Phillips from Manchester City on loan.
