Nominations are open for the Ian Sterling Fan Award 2024.

The award was launched last year following Ian’s tragic passing at the age of 57, in honour of his diehard support of the club.

Ian worked incredibly hard on behalf of United fans via the Manchester United Supporters Turst and the Fans’ Forum. His presence is missed.

The award in question goes to a fellow supporter who has gone above and beyond in their support for the club. They may also contribute why helping other fans or the local community, just like Ian did for thousands of people.

Fans can get involved by nominating here and telling the club why the person in question deserves wider recognition for their contribution.

The deadline for voting is 17:00 BST on Tuesday 30 April.

A winner will be revealed at United’s end-of-season awards night.
