Christian Ilzer has been in the TSG Hoffenheim dugout since November. The 47-year-old Austrian – who had to end his playing career prematurely due to a knee injury, then studied sports sciences and worked as a fitness coach – joined TSG after four successful years at double-winning Sturm Graz.
