Athletic Club star Nico Williams has on Saturday turned heads across the Spanish football landscape.

This comes owing to his social media activity, in the buildup to Athletic’s next outing.

Ernesto Valverde’s troops are facing up to a daunting task on Saturday evening, when they will make the trip to Montjuïc, for a La Liga showdown with Barcelona.

In the buildup to the clash, the name of the aforementioned Nico, meanwhile, has dominated the headlines, after the long-standing efforts of the Barca brass to bring the 22-year-old to Catalunya came up short.

Williams is therefore expected to stay put on the books of Athletic for the season ahead.

And yet, on Saturday afternoon, the explosive attacker has set tongues wagging amongst those of a Blaugrana persuasion once more.

This comes after Nico took to his official Instagram account, to unveil an image of he and Barcelona star Lamine Yamal – a close friend – dancing alongside one another in half Spanish, half club kits.
