Niclas Füllkrug contemplating options before committing to Werder Bremen | OneFootball

As reported by Florian Plettenberg, Niclas Füllkrug and his management team are observing the options available before committing to Werder Bremen.

Werder Bremen are confident that the 30-year-old striker will be a Bremen player next season with a contract extension being prepared. However, it appears it’s not a done deal just yet.

The German international is in the form of his life. Not only that but he was the joint Bundesliga top goalscorer last season. It’s incredible to think that there isn’t more transfer news surrounding Füllkrug.

As per the report, the player and his management are weighing up potential options from teams in the Premier League and Serie A. However, as of yet, there are no concrete offers and a decision hasn’t been made.

Despite his goalscoring form over the past couple of seasons, Füllkrug is valued between €15m-€20m. Bremen previously stated that a fee over €20m would be hard to ignore.
