Newcastle United making important changes to their ticketing system | OneFootball

I just went on the official Newcastle United website.

I was visiting it to check on tickets.

The ballot for the Brighton match is drawn on Thursday (today), so went to have a look at my ticketing account, just in case tickets for the final home match had magically appeared.

However, instead I was met with this message…

Newcastle United ticketing system message – 18 April 2024:

‘We’re making important changes to our ticketing system to improve the experience we offer supporters.

We anticipate having the site back online shortly

Thank you for your patience.’

Well, safe to say that the Newcastle United ticketing system could do with the odd ‘small’ improvement.

I can’t say my ‘experience’ of it has been great in recent times, quite the opposite.

I look forward to seeing what ‘important changes’ are now getting actioned.

Maybe they will even locate and remove the blockage that has stopped me getting any tickets at all in the ballots for Premier League home matches for this second half of the season. Only three successes in total all season… I am now looking at those three ticket successes in the first half of this season as my halcyon NUFC ticketing days.

Wednesday 24 April 2024 – Crystal Palace v Newcastle (8pm)

Saturday 27 April 2024 – Newcastle v Sheff Utd (3pm)

Saturday 4 May 2024 – Burnley v Newcastle (3pm)

Saturday 11 May 2024 – Newcastle v Brighton (3pm)

Wednesday 15 May 2024 – Man U v Newcastle (8pm) Sky Sports

Sunday 19 May 2024 – Brentford v Newcastle (4pm)

(The final day of the season live TV matches will be selected closer to the day but all 10 PL games will be same time same day)

Wednesday 22 May 2024 – Tottenham v Newcastle (at MCG – Melbourne Cricket Ground)
