Newcastle set to offer Tino Livramento new deal

Newcastle United are set to offer defender Tino Livramento a new deal that would make him one of the club's highest earners.

The 22-year-old defender joined the Magpies from Southampton back in the summer of 2023 and has since featured in 70 games during his two seasons with the club.

Livramento's performances for Newcastle have drawn admirers with Manchester City having been linked with a £65-million transfer for the player who has a deal with his current side until the end of the 2027/28 campaign.

Eddie Howe's side are said to be more vigilant in protecting their players with Liverpool's interest in Alexander Isak reportedly unsettling the player.

According to journalist Martin Hardy of The Times, Newcastle will offer Livramento a new six-year contract that will make him one of the best paid players at the club.
