Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted today Paul Pogba has signed a new contract.

At today's pre-match presser for the clash with Newcastle United, Solskjaer intimated United had taken up their 12 month option in Pogba's deal.

The midfielder's current contract runs to 2021 and includes a 12 month option which United can unilaterally trigger.

And Solskjaer stated: "Paul is our player and he will be here for another two years.

"He is focused on the best for us and I'm sure that in these two years we will get the best out of him."
