Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin, the 22-year-old Brazilian formerly of Palmeiras, is a player that is of interest to Napoli, but the Partenopei currently have two other pressing priorities to complete before the end of the summer transfer window.
Kevin has spent the last 18 months with Shakhtar after joining in a reported €15m deal from Palmeiras in January of 2024.
The tricky Brazilian impressed during his first full season in Europe, chipping in with six goals and four assists from 24 appearances in the league, and also netted against Bayern Munich and Brest during Shakhtar’s Champions League campaign.

As we have reported over the course of the summer, Napoli have been interested in adding another winger to Antonio Conte’s squad. Ideally a traditional, attack-minded winger.
Kevin is a profile that has stood out to Napoli. The reigning Serie A champions have been following his progress, but as things stand, it would take an offer in excess of €40m to get the ball rolling with Shakhtar. And, that valuation is only expected to increase as time goes on.
Napoli had considered signing Kevin earlier this window, but for now, they have two more pressing priorities.
That is the double signing of Spanish duo Juanlu Sanchez from Sevilla and Miguel Gutierrez from Girona. If The Partenopei close both deals, Conte will have two new full-backs at his disposal; one on either side.
Only at a later date will Napoli consider making an approach for another attacking winger.
