The transfer team at Serie A giants Milan have been informed of the fee that would be required to bring Federico Redondo to the club.
That’s according to Gianluca Di Marzio, who has on Tuesday, confirmed the Rossoneri’s interest in the signature of the 20-year-old.
On the lookout for reinforcements in the middle of the park, Redondo – son of former Milan and Real Madrid standout Fernando – has been earmarked as a potential star in the making by the San Siro brass.
Contacts, in turn, have been initiated with Argentinos Juniors, to gain an understanding of what exactly would be required to strike a deal.
Argentinos, for their part, have no desire to part with such a promising young talent at this stage.
However, in the case of an offer in the region of €12 million being received, Redondo’s sale would be taken into serious consideration.
Redondo is currently away on international duty, as part of Argentina’s Pre-Olympic Tournament squad.
