Metz sign 10-year partnership with Génération Foot

Ligue 1 side Metz on Sunday completed a 10-year contract extension with prestigious Senegalese youth academy Génération Foot, in a strategic partnership that has been instrumental to the club’s first division status in recent years.

Fruits of the partnership include the careers of Ismaila Sarr, Diafra Sakho, Habib Diallo and Sadio Mané.

FC Metz President Bernard Serin signed the agreement in the presence of Mady Touré, who is the founding president of Génération Foot, as well as Olivier Perrin, Director General of Metz’s youth academy system.
