Kylian Mbappé scores on his final PSG appearance at the Parc des Princes, but Toulouse mount an impressive comeback to come away with the three points and dampens Les Parisiens' title evening

A tifo for the boy from Bondy, reading "From the Paris Suburbs to PSG Legend" kicked off what was a poignant farewell evening at the Parc des Princes for the France international forward - who had announced his departure from the club earlier this week.

It was, of course, also the first game for Les Parisiens following the French capital club's exit from the Champions League against Dortmund last Tuesday. Yet Les Violets struck back several minutes later via a chipped finish from Thijs Dallinga, served by Diarra nicely in the box (13'). The Dutchman became the first Toulouse FC player to score his 14th goal in a Ligue 1 season since Wissam Ben Yedder in 2015-2016 and was then involved again as he latched onto a one-on-one opportunity, but Tenas was strong enough to spread himself and snuff out the danger. Aboukhlal would get a glorious opportunity to strike from the edge of the box, but his shot was parried away confidently by Tenas.

With that began a period of good attacking impetus on the part of the away side, who threatened in the wide areas - spreading PSG whenever they had possession. Some nice combination play would see the ball fall to Mbappé once more, and his driven strike was saved well by Restes. After a quiet ending to the first half, it would be level at the break. Carlos Soler would have two golden chances to get on the scoresheet, the first was deflected just wide of the post - and the second was a mis-timed close range header that he really should have buried into the back of the net. Lee Kang-In would then shoot from range, but his strike went just wide of the post.

Yet, just as PSG looked like they began to dominate the chances Yann Ghobo's strike from the edge of the box would curl right into the top corner - a brilliant strike from the attacking midfielder (65'). It would get even better Carles Martinez Novell's side as Franck Magri rose high and grabbed another goal in added time with an emphatic header past Tenas (90+4). Les Violets certainly came and dampened the mood for PSG on the night that they would receive the Ligue 1 trophy for the 12th time in their history.

Kylian Mbappé has now scored 120 goals at the Parc des Princes during his career in all competitions, the highest total for a player at a professional stadium in France since Jean-Pierre Papin at the Stade Velodrome in 1992.
