Ruben Zadkovich’s Glory head east for their final away game of the regular season on Sunday Afternoon.

The men in purple have only won one game on the road this season, but with a five-game unbeaten streak, including two draws away from home, Perth may have just turned the tide at the right time.

Steve Corica’s Sky Blues, in contrast, have gone four games without a win and will be hoping that ‘The Cove’ can spur them to a much-needed victory.

Manager Ruben Zadkovich hasn’t been short on praise for the A-League’s most successful club, saying:

“Sydney are a massive club.

“They have some very big assets, some very dangerous players like [Joe] Lolley and [Robert] Mak, million-dollar players at a million-dollar club, and we go there as firm underdogs.”

“But that’s a nice space for us to be in.”

In comparison to this dark horse mentality being deployed, Sydney wants to take this challenge in stride and embrace the responsibility.

“The beauty of the situation is that everything is still in our own hands and we know that if we execute what we can do on the field then the results are well within our grasp and our fate is well within our own hands,” Redmayne explained.

“I’m really looking forward to playing back in front of the Sky Blue faithful and I’m sure that they will come out in numbers once again. “
