Celtic FC Women made it a perfect 10 league wins from as many games on Sunday as the Hoops ran out 3-0 winners over Partick Thistle.

Making the short trip to Petershill Park, the Celts took on the fourth placed SWPL side aiming to maintain their 100 per cent domestic record.

Paula Partido grabbed the all-important opener on the half-hour mark. Impressively, the Spaniard’s strike was also the Ghirls’ 50th league goal of the campaign so far, after just 10 league outings.

The winger’s first half opener was followed by goals from Murphy Agnew and Chloe Craig, sealing all three points for Fran Alonso’s side.

The Hoops’ 50th league goal wasn’t the only landmark being celebrated at Petershill Park as a place in the starting 11 for Caitlin Hayes marked her 100th appearance for the club.
