Norwegian outlet VG confirmed their marriage last month, with records in the National Register showing Ødegaard’s updated marital status. Spilling has also adopted her husband’s surname, now officially Helene Spilling Ødegaard.

The pair announced their pregnancy in August with an Instagram post featuring Ødegaard expressing his joy: “Can’t wait to meet you, our little baby.” Fans had already speculated about their engagement after Spilling was seen wearing a ring earlier in the year, and news of the marriage soon followed.

Ødegaard described the impending arrival of his child as “fantastic” and a milestone he had always looked forward to.
