Geoffrey Kondogbia is set to return for Olympique de Marseille as they look to retain top spot in their UEFA Europa League group when they face Brighton on Thursday.
A draw would be enough to see OM remain top of their group and would therefore book their place in the Round of 16. The runner-up is forced to play a knock-out round play-off, where they will face the teams that drop out of the UEFA Champions League.
Marseille don’t have any fresh injury concerns heading into the tie, but Kondogbia is expected to return. The midfielder suffered an adductor injury against Stade Rennais at the start of the month and was therefore rested against FC Lorient. However, he will return on Thursday. It is likely that he will take the place of Azzedine Ounahi.
