Manuel Neuer is back in goal for Bayern Munich on Friday night.
The German international suffered a hand injury two weeks ago but has been passed fit for the Bundesliga clash against Augsburg.
His inclusion is one of two changes for the reigning Bundesliga champions. The other comes in defence, where Niklas Süle replaces Jérôme Boateng.
Augsburg, meanwhile, are without top scorer Alfreð Finnbogason. In his absence, the Michael Gregotisch and Sergio Córdova are expected to lead the line.
A win on Friday would see Bayern close the gap to Borussia Dortmund to just two points.
Dortmund face Nürnberg on Monday night.
