PREVIOUS MEETING

City produced a blistering performance to dismantle Manchester United in the 188th Manchester derby in the reverse fixture earlier this season.

Erling Haaland and Phil Foden both scored hat-tricks, with City running out 6-3 winners in front of a packed Etihad crowd.

Our last trip to Old Trafford ended with Guardiola's side securing a 2-0 victory in a flawless display that saw us completely control proceedings.

FORM GUIDE

We have won twice and drawn once in our three league matches since the return to domestic football after the World Cup.

Our last outing in the league came in a 1-0 success over Chelsea to secure three straight league wins at Stamford Bridge.

Guardiola's side sit five points behind league leaders Arsenal, but come into the game on the back of a 2-0 Carabao Cup quarter-final loss at the hands of Southampton.

Manchester United are a side in form and have won all three top-flight fixtures since returning from the World Cup.

They currently sit in fourth place, four points behind City.
