Manchester United are reportedly hesitating over whether to complete a move for Sporting midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes is attracting interest from across Europe after scoring 32 goals and assisting 18 in 53 appearances last season.
According to O Jogo, United chief executive Ed Woodward is ‘frustrating Sporting officials with his indecision’ as negotiations continue for the 24-year-old.
The Old Trafford club have held long term interest in Fernandes but risk losing him with Tottenham now interested.
Mauricio Pochettino views the former Sampdoria midfielder as somebody who could replace Christian Eriksen, who this week confirmed his desire to leave the club.
O Jogo state Jorge Mendes is involved in talks with three English clubs, along with Bruno’s agent Miguel Pinho.
