Manchester United captain Harry Maguire insists he won't let his critics get him down.

He told talkSPORT: "I don't concentrate on others or what people say. I think if people can do a story about me being the Manchester United captain then it will be big news.

"So that's why they do it, they like clicks and things like that, but I went into the EC after an eight-week injury and made the team of the tournament.

"In terms of rustiness and things like that, I'm sure it won't happen."
