Manchester United have released a club statement informing supporters that the incident involving star player Marcus Rashford has now been resolved.
This comes after the England international was spotted in a nightclub in Belfast the night before calling in sick for United’s training session the following day.

The statement reads: “Marcus has taken responsibility for his actions. This has been dealt with as an internal disciplinary matter, which is now closed.”
The 26-year-old is reportedly set to be fined the equivalent of two weeks wages for the disciplinary issue.
Rashford has been struggling for form this term under United boss Erik Ten Hag, scoring just four goals so far this season and fans will be hoping the winger can rediscover his scintillating form from last season.
