For almost two long weeks, we have been without Premier League action. Which is never an easy scenario for English football fans and supporters around the globe. However, the City support probably enjoyed the annoying international/FA Cup break more than other fan bases. That's because this autopilot Foxes campaign has been an utter disaster. Too many negative and imprudent factors combined to make this mess to mention.
Although you can generally thank chairman Aiyawatt 'Khun Top' Srivaddhanaprabha, Jon Rudkin and the recruitment department as a whole for the awful situation LCFC are in. The director of football in particular seems to be well out of his depth. It ain't easy at King Power Stadium. And the forthcoming fixture list won't ease any woes. Manchester City are next up for Leicester. Yeah, I know.
Though the City side may have a boost ahead of the Citizens clash. Their fans are set to boycott a portion or more of the match. Meanwhile the one positive element for the Foxes this term has expanded. That's due to a young Fox playing for England Under-17s. So, what's the score with Man City's support? And what's all the fuss about LCFC teenager Louis Page?
Page is another particularly promising Foxes prospect. Excuse my excitable alliteration, but Leicester seem to have some great young footballers coming through. And, especially at present, that is really needed!
This wasn't the first appearance for the 16-year-old. He's played for the young Three Lions more than a few times; they beat Northern Ireland 5-0 on this occasion. Alongside Jake Evans and Jeremy Monga, Page is highly regarded at Seagrave Training Centre.
MCFC fans are upset with new arrangements to sell matchday tickets. Nine third-party distributor are now strangely involved at Etihad Stadium. You have to sympathise with supporters over this obtuse corporate move.
