The Daily Mail are reporting that there have been some concerns at Chelsea that have been brushed under the carpet regarding one current player.

Unfortunately, Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk is all over the news today for the wrong reasons. He is currently suspended as they investigate a claim that he took a banned substance recently.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea ‘seriously consider’ January approach for Premier League centre back!!

As we await more details and the conclusion of this, with a potential long ban on the cards, outlets are releasing their info on Mudryk and reporting other bits of info around it all.

Mudryk has not had the best time at Chelsea really, being hugely inconsistent on the pitch and just not living up to the hype that was out there when The Blues hijacked his move to Arsenal to sign him.

There’s been many signs of a player being in there, but he has just not done anywhere near enough to justify Chelsea paying all that money to sign him.

Concerns over maturity

A bad moment for Mudryk

The the Mail’s report on Mudryk, they say that behind the scenes there have been issues that have been brushed under the carpet amid concerns over Mudryk’s maturity.

The report also mentions one individual who has played and trained with Mudryk describing him as an easygoing soul who’d grown an obsession with trying to prove himself in Europe’s toughest league. Not only that – trying to prove he is worth his price tag.

‘He felt the pressure of the transfer, 100 percent,’ said the player.

None of us know whether Mudryk intentially took the substance or not, only the player will know that at this time. But I do believe in being innocent until proven guilty, but it still certainly does not look like a good case for Mudryk to claim innocence on at all.
