Pre-season is underway for Manchester United as the players slowly return in small groups from their post-Euros holidays. Manchester United posted an image of the player wearing the armband on social media. United’s designated captain Harry Maguire sent a cheeky comment telling Van de Beek to not stretch the armband. The midfielder took it in jest and replied with some laughing emojis.
