Including 2 former Orlando Pirates players, the club currently competing in the Betway Premiership has announced the departure of 0 players at once from the club in what appears to be one of the biggest reorganisations in the last few seasons at the club.

The announcement of the departure of 10 players came immediately after the announcement of the departure of veteran coach Owen Da Gama despite the fact that he succeeded in keeping the team away from relegation, but the relationship between the coach and the club reached an impasse after the two sides failed to reach a favourable contract formula and disagreed on personal terms as well.

Who are the ten players who have been let go!

In a bold move signaling their ambitions, newly-promoted Magesi FC have parted ways with ten players as they reshape their squad for the upcoming campaign. The sweeping changes see the departure of several high-profile names, including former Orlando Pirates duo Gift Motupa and Neverdie Makhubela - both of whom failed to cement regular starting roles last season.

The clearout also includes experienced midfielder Deolin Mekoa and striker Rhulani Manzini, alongside six other squad players. This radical restructuring suggests Magesi's technical team is determined to wipe the slate clean after their promotion-winning season.

With these departures finalized, the Limpopo-based club now turns its attention to the transfer market as they seek to assemble a squad capable of competing with South Africa's top-flight elite. The rebuilding process appears to be in full swing as Magesi aim to avoid becoming yo-yo club following their historic ascent to the DStv Premiership.
