Lyon interested in Rennes and Leicester target Yáser Asprilla | OneFootball

According to Foot Mercato, Olympique Lyonnais are interested in Watford FC’s Yáser Asprilla (20). The French outlet writes that the club are looking at the Colombian winger and have been offered the player, but their aim at this point in the summer is to sell before they then consider bringing in new recruits.

This is good news for Stade Rennais who have made Asprilla their priority this window as they look to bolster and improve their forward line. The Breton side have had a bid accepted by Watford for the winger, although they have met a significant stumbling block in convincing the player to accept their personal terms.

Leicester FC are also thought to have an interest in Asprilla as they prepare for their return back to the Premier League after they won the Championship last season, and it was reported that they were close to agreeing both terms with both the club and player over the weekend.
