Linda Caicedo, new Real Madrid signing

Real Madrid have just signed Linda Caicedo. The 18-year-old striker comes to us after shining in the Colombian league, a competition she has won twice. The first of these was with América de Cali, when she scored in the final despite being only 14 years old. Since 2020 she has played for Deportivo Cali, where she won the title in 2021. Despite her youth, she has excelled in the Colombian national team and was voted player of the tournament at the 2022 Copa America. Additionally, she played a key role in the U-17 World Cup in 2022, where she reached the final with Colombia and also won the Silver Ball.
