Lille OSC suffered a rare bad week this season as they exited the Coupe de France to Olympique Lyonnais before suffering a 3-1 loss to Paris Saint-Germain last weekend. Paulo Fonesca will look to return to winning ways against Le Havre AC with a largely unchanged lineup.

A difference could be Adam Ounas being chosen over Gabriel Gudmundsson at left wing. Gudmundsson had started against PSG in a choice that felt like it was designed to provide Ismaily with better protection, whilst Ounas looks like a more orthodox choice at the position.

Up front, Jonathan David looks to return to the frontline in place of Yusuf Yazıcı, the forward has been rotated heavily this season but will look to be the difference maker against Le Havre. Elsewhere Lille will use their settled back four with Alexsandro and Leny Yoro’s partnership at centre-back key to the difficulty that opposition managers have generally had when trying to break down this hard-to-beat Lille side.
