Lille and Montpellier interested in Club Brugge’s Faitout Maouassa

L’Équipe report today that Lille and Montpellier are interested in signing Club Brugge left-back Faitout Maouassa, formerly of Rennes.

The Frenchman has only made 9 appearances for the Flemish side since joining the club last summer from the Brittany team, but nevertheless has options on the table for a return to France.

LOSC have been on the lookout for a recruitment at left-back since the departure of Reinildo for Atlético Madrid in the winter, while Montpellier are also on the case. Neither side have submitted an offer so far.
