Paris Saint-Germain returned to the summit of Ligue 1 on Saturday as they saw off Strasbourg with a 4-2 victory at home.

18-year-old midfielder Senny Mayulu opened the scoring with the first league goal of his fledgling career, before Marco Asensio doubled their lead just after the break.

Seko Marou got one back for the visitors, but it didn’t take long for PSG to reestablish their two-goal lead thanks to Bradley Barcola. The 22-year-old attacker sits at the top of the scoring charts with seven goals for the season.

Lee Kang-in ensured victory with a late goal, although substitute Pape Diong made the scoreline look a little more respectable with a goal just five minutes after coming off the bench.

Elsewhere, Brest drew 1-1 with Rennes, while Lens beat Saint-Etienne 2-0 away from home.
