After Hansi Flick was named the La Liga Best Coach of the 2024/25 Season, Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal has now won the award for the La Liga Best U23 Player of the Season.

The teenage sensation has received this recognition after an outstanding season in which his goals and assists played a key role in helping the club secure the league title.

The young Spanish international was one of the standout performers not only for Barcelona but in the entire league, captivating fans around the world with his skill and influence on the pitch.

Lamine ended the 2024/25 La Liga season with nine goals and 13 assists – making him the top assist provider in the competition.

The La Masia gem had won the La Liga U23 Player of the Month award twice this season, in August and February, making him the player with the most wins in that category, tied with Las Palmas forward Fabio Silva. He was also named La Liga Player of the Month for September.

Now, capping it off, Lamine has been voted the La Liga Best U23 Player of the Season. He beat out competition from aábio Silva, Diego Lopez (Valencia), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Arda Guler (Real Madrid), Pedri (Barcelona), and Alberto Moleiro (Las Palmas).
