In shock news, Lionel Messi has not made it into Inter Miami’s squad for Wednesday evening’s U.S. Open Cup Final showdown with Houston Dynamo.
The Argentine has been missing from Miami training and matchday squads since suffering an apparent injury against Toronto seven days ago, and it does not look like he has found fitness in time to help the Herons towards a potential cup double.
