Lens predicted XI v Lille: Kevin Danso starts in Derby du Nord | OneFootball

Tonight, Will Still’s RC Lens take on Lille OSC in the Anglo-Belgian manager’s first Derby du Nord since he took over from Franck Haise over the summer. Still will be hoping to build on last weekend’s 2-0 victory over AS Saint-Étienne.

The defeat of Les Verts ended a run of five draws in a row for Les Sang et Or and Still is unlikely to make any changes from that side. The summer signing M’Bala Nzola was provided with a chance to lead the line against Saint-Étienne and he could be given another opportunity tonight.

Last weekend saw Kevin Danso make his first appearance since his move to AS Roma collapsed. The centre-back’s presence had been missed and he should be given another run out in the team against Lens’ fiercest rivals.
