Leicester defender joins Sheffield United on loan

Leicester central defender Harry Souttar has joined Championship side Sheffield United on loan for the 24/25 campaign.

The Blades will be looking to mount a challenge to return to the Premier League, and Souttar will now be part of that push.

The 25-year-old joined the Foxes from Stoke City in January 2023 and has made 16 total appearances for the club since then.

Souttar is an Australia international and will join up with his new side immediately, as they face Preston in their opening league game this weekend.
