Kalvin Phillips will be the subject of bids from all over England this summer and Leeds will not let him go on the cheap.
According to the Telegraph, Leeds will only part with the 23-year-old for £20m.
Aston Villa will reportedly bid £14m for the defensive midfielder though it seems apparent Leeds will swiftly reject the offer.
Norwich are also attempted to stack their squad for their upcoming Premier League campaign and are linked to Phillips, who has made 141 appearances for Leeds since making his debut in 2015.
The Canaries have already landed Patrick Roberts on loan from Manchester City this summer.
Bournemouth and Southampton have also been linked with the Leeds star in the past few months.
