Lazio’s Ciro Immobile keen to consider Saudi Arabia switch | OneFootball

Lazio striker Ciro Immobile is expected to consider an offer from a Saudi Arabian club soon as he prepares for an exit this winter.

According to a report by Nicola Berardino of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Immobile is now waiting for an offer to play in Saudi Arabia and a number of clubs from the region are predicted to present their proposals soon.

The Italian striker rejected two offers of around €35 million for two seasons and a series of bonuses each from Al-Shabab and Al-Wehda this past summer. He took the decision to restore his loyalty and commitment to Lazio but due to his recent dip in form and age factor, the striker could soon head to the Middle East.

More improved offers from the previous ones are expected to arrive in January for the 33-year-old. If a substantial offer is proposed then Immobile will accept it and end his career with a final big payday.

The Biancocelesti will aim to generate at least €40 million from their starman’s sale as they already received a similar amount for the sale of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to Al Hilal.
