Inter have just a few days to prepare for their next match in Serie A. They host Venezia on Sunday evening.

One of the big questions ahead of Sunday’s match is who will be available in Inter’s squad.

The Nerazzurri have been missing a few players over their last several matches.

The biggest absences have been those of midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu and defender Francesco Acerbi.

Both Calhanoglu and Acerbi started for the Nerazzurri in their Serie A win over Roma earlier this month. However, both had to come off after suffering thigh injuries.

And both of that duo have been out since. They have missed matches against the likes of Young Boys, Juventus, and Empoli.

Hakan Calhanoglu & Francesco Acerbi Back In Training By Tomorrow

According to the Gazzetta, though, the wait should not be much longer for Calhanoglu and Acerbi to return.

Neither have been rushing back to training. But they are close to being ready.

According to the Gazzetta, one or both of Calhanoglu or Acerbi could return to full training with the rest of the squad as early as today.

And at the latest, both should be back by tomorrow.

Therefore, both Calhanoglu and Acerbi should be fit to at least be on the bench for the match against Venezia on Sunday.

However, neither would be likely to start the Serie A clash.

Meanwhile, the Gazzetta report that Carlos Augusto should still be out until after the November international break.

The Brazilian sustained a thigh problem during Inter’s Champions League win over Young Boys.

And there would be no hope of seeing Augusto back in the next week or so.
