Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has been nominated for the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year award.
Henderson helped end the Reds 30-year wait for a top-flight title this year as Jürgen Klopp’s men claimed their first Premier League winners medal.

Henderson has become a vital part of the Liverpool and England midfield, and joins Lewis Hamilton and cricketer Stuart Broad on the prestigious list.
