Jack Wilshere: Arsenal return? You never know

Released West Ham midfielder Jack Wilshere admits he'd jump at the chance of a return to Arsenal.

The 28-year-old is currently a free agent and looking for a new club after West Ham terminated his contract this summer.

And the central midfielder has not ruled out a move back to the Gunners although he does realise a return to the Emirates at this stage is unlikely.

"Listen, you never know," he told the ITV Football Football Show.

"Listen I'm an Arsenal man. Andros, there's nothing, I've not spoken to anyone or anything but that would be the dream.

"I'm not stupid to know that there's probably no chance of it happening but I'm an Arsenal man, I love the club and want to see the club do well."
